Service Guarantee
We offer a 3-day guarantee on Regular Polish applications and a 7-day guarantee on Color Gel applications. If your manicure or pedicure chips within this period, we will repair it free of charge.
Appointments
We may decline appointments from clients with a history of missed/late appointments or inappropriate behavior.
Late Policy
We allow a 5-minute grace period for appointments. If you cannot make your appointment, please contact us within a reasonable time period. Late arrivals may result in cancellation.
Nail Design
Our design service needs to be booked with a specialized technician and is based on availability. We will do our very best to match your design but cannot guarantee an exact copy. 

Gel Removal

Gel Removal must be accomanied by a manicure/pedicure. We do not offer removal-only services at this time.
Changes
Any changes to nail length, shape, design, or color will be shown on one nail for your approval before we proceed. Once the service is complete, changes to your initial choices cannot be made.
Refund Policy
All Services are non-refundable. Please contact us for any issues or concerns.
Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
